Within 2-4 weeks, there will be some preparations held to finalize the worker, procedures, processes and KPI.

Supervision
Following the first day, CSI Management Team will undertake strict supervision on the workers on the job site

Evaluation
Our management team will evaluate the performance of our site workers on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis.

Presentation
The CSI Management Team will provide the results of our workers’ performance to the client management on an agreed regular basis.
