CSI team consists of one leader and five experienced technicians in Air Conditioning, Electricity, Plumbing, and Civil working field. Our way of working is also supported by computers, printer, modem on site, and maintenance tools which used in our daily activities on the factory.

• A full building maintenance from roof, walls, doors, lighting, air conditioning system, electricity system, piping (toilet and clean water), disposal system, and other minor tasks.
• Aiming for cost saving efficiency and long term use of equipments

• Monthly report being shared
• Starting with the roof, walls, doors, lighting, air conditioning, electricity, plumbing (toilet and clean water), disposal system, and other minor jobs, everything is professionally completed
• Settle all incidental problems professionally
• Regular visit from CSI’s staff every bimonthly to observe the worker’s performance
• CSI executes cost saving efficiency to financially improve the building maintenance cost
