Since we have such a broad area to cover, the CSI team assigns three Account Managers, four Facility Coordinators, and over a hundred technicians to each of the work site.

All technical areas that support the building’s facilities such as:

• Air Conditioner, pump, and cooling tower are categorized as mechanical components
• Electrical: power panel, installation of electricity
• Civil: floor, wall, ceilings, paint

• Monthly report being shared
• All tasks are done smoothly and professionally
• Regular visit from CSI’s Staff every bimonthly to observe the workers’ performance
